San Jose’s very own Rich Santoro, a.k.a. “The Bulb Guy,” is opening up his big backyard to anyone who wants to take a peek at his 84,000 bulbs. He’s been at it since 1985 and is recognized as having the largest private bulb garden in the country.<span id="more-123573"></span></p>
