Sunday never felt so good. Detox celebrates its 10th anniversary this Labor Day weekend with a pool party at the Fairmont Hotel. It’s the last function of the summer, complete with drinks, food and thumping DJ sets by six selectors from across the country. From New York comes Mr. V with slapping original productions and remixes that take us back to the golden age of dance music. Soulful, electric jazz-phonics accompany DJ Jask from Tampa and D-Rock Drums is coming through with an eclectic on-the-fly percussion jam. It’s all about taking the party to the next level at this 21+ event.

It’s with great sadness that we share our final collection of photos from Detox Sunday, the summer party series that ended last weekend with hundreds of scantily clad partiers. After five years of hosting the pool party at Beverly Heritage Hotel in Milpitas, organizers are throwing in the towel and moving on to new ideas.

For now, we can only remember the good times and hope that someone fills the void soon with more poolside fun.
